Great for growing yeast from plates or slants

I use these as a first or second step when growing yeast up from plates or slants. I usually fill them with 20-30mL of low gravity wort (5-6 Plato), cover with aluminum foil, and then pressure cook them at 15PSI. Then I just store them in a dark place until I need them for growing up yeast. Works great and I know that I have sterile wort.
